Just as in relationships, we create environments our team either enjoys or endures. And when no one, including the dentist, takes personal responsibility for their results, people just punch the clock and wait for the day to end. Tick, tock. And if you have team members who are just enduring the day, my guess is they aren't very productive nor are they providing the kind of service your patients expect and deserve.
